Return Policy & Instructions
Once products are delivered we allow for a 14 day return period. Returned are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
All returns require a Return Authorization number. Returns that are received unauthorized will be rejected.

Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
Ultra monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior. We also reserve the right to close accounts or cancel orders if we identify an unreasonable, repetitive return pattern associated with your account.
How do I Return my item(s)?
To begin the Return/Exchange process, please e-mail us at: email@example.com to obtain a RA#.
Once you have submitted your Return Request, we will reply to you within 24-28 hours with a Return Authorization Number. We asked that you include the number anywhere inside the package being sent back.
Ultra does not provide postage on returning packages.
Refunds & Processing Time?
You will receive status notifications via email. Once we receive your return, your account will be credited within 48 hours.
We take pride and stand by our products. If a defect does occur please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. We handle defects case by case so that we can fully understand the issue and improve.
We understand if you would like to cancel, however if you would like to cancel before your order goes in to production you will recieve a full refund. Once your order is in production you cannot cancel, you can only return as stated above. This policy is in place because all orders are made to order.
